Eluyemi Oluwadamilola a.k.a Dstringz Is an undergraduate administrative and management student at the department of Local government studies ,faculty of administration,Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria. It was a result of his course of studies that he was able to get detailed understanding of the roles played in management ,administration and human resources; such as tackling human issues and also in organization success. Also, it has provided him with strong foundation in administrative and managerial function and also , it has broading his knowledge about grass root advancement, developed his communication skills and improve his knowledge about personnel management functions and the role it plays in managerial function and in achieving organization goals and objectives . E.g hiring, planning, organising, staffing, training and retraining,coordinating the best employees.
Also, Eluyemi Damilola a.k.a Dstringz has under go several Event seminar both locally and internationally with the likes of YSG CREW Nigeria and EPA. To learn more about managerial functions and event management . So with the help of his experience and the ability to multi task he has organise various events both corporate and social event and programmes such as;weddings, Seminars, trade fair, Osun State Secondary Schools Musical Competition, Implementation of Child’s Right Law,Osun State Youth Talent Hunt ,State of osun lunching of omoluabi boys and girls and which was a huge success.
